If you are not happy with the Rohtos product you have purchased, we will refund the price you paid when you return the remaining capsules with your packaging or even an empty package, at your own expense. Naturally, you can not return the same product several times due to dissatisfaction - that would not be fair to us.

To return a product you are not satisfied with, please contact us by email and inform us about your return before sending in your product.

Once the refund has been received and approved, we will refund the price of the product directly to your account or credit card with which the original purchase was made.
